京都何気は、ブラジリアン柔術の練習に取り組む道場です。
練習内容は【前半１時間：テクニック練習、後半１時間：スパーリング】が基本です。参加や退出の時間、休憩は各自自由です。スパーリングの合間に個別の指導もしています。 下表の「スパーリング」は道着ありスパーリングのみ、「ノーギ・スパー」は道着なしスパーリングのみの自主練習会です。
初心者・出稽古歓迎しています。
Generally, training is one hour of techniques followed by one hour of sparring (of course, participation in sparring is optional!). People are able to participate as they see fit: Age, gender, and experience aren't barriers to doing jiu-jitsu.
Beginners and visitors (including tourists) are welcome. For those who join as regular members, there's no formal procedure, but it's recommended that you take out sports insurance through the dojo, which is currently ¥1850 per year.

Generally, classes Monday-Friday are from 7pm-9pm, with sessions on Mondays and Thursdays focused mainly on sparring. Saturday (土 above) and Sunday (日 above) classes are usually for two hours in the morning, usually from around 9-9:30am. Saturday classes marked as 西山 are at Nishiyama Koen Gymnastics in Nagaokakyo in west Kyoto.
Note that this schedule is subject to change due to commitments of the instructors.
